Important Notes

The buses with participants will leave from Bratislava to Smolenice in the morning of May 7th, 2017 at 09.30 am. For those unable to arrive in Bratislava on May 7th prior to the bus departure, accommodation will be available in the Art Hotel William. The meeting point for all participants will be in front of the back entrance to the Art Hotel William (next to the Old Markethall), Námestie SNP, Bratislava. Please, contact the organizers for details.

As Smolenice Castle has limited accommodation capacity, a “first come-first served” method will be used to allocate rooms during registration.

On the first day of the workshop, on May 7th, there will be a Welcome Party with an opportunity to visit the castle wine degustation to taste local white and red wines. During the free day on May 9 (Tuesday) two alternative programs (for free) have been prepared: 1. Trip to the Small Carpathians Mountains with the possibility to visit Molpir (Celtic settlement, 6th century BC); 2. Excursion to the well-known ceramics manufacture Majolica in Modra and a visit of the Driny Stalactite Cave.
