| The meeting will cover the most important recent advances of all areas of basic cancer research and corresponding translational research, so please do not miss this exciting opportunity! It will include topics such as: 1) Retroviruses in malignant transformation; 2) Molecular pathogenesis of cancer; 3) DNA damage and repair processes; 4) Carcinogenesis / Anticarcinogenesis; 5) Tumor cell signaling and cell death; 6) Cancer genetics; 7) Cancer stem cells; 8) Novel methods in cancer research; 9) Tumor-tailored therapies. On behalf of Cancer Research Institute of Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava the organizing committee cordially invites cancer researches over the world to attend this conference. We invited leaders in the corresponding fields, including our recent and previous collaborators. However, this meeting will be also a source of new opportunities and partnerships. The Symposium will be held in the Congress Center Academia in Stara Lesna located in the High Tatras Mountains which are generally considered to be the treasure of Slovakia. The symposium will have a wonderful cultural program that compliments the scientific program allowing all participants to freely interact and exchange ideas in magnificent surroundings with plenty of time for communication between the invited speakers and participants. |
